The Beach Hut by Haiken is a private workspace pod created for professionals who need a quiet place to concentrate, make calls or attend online meetings.
Its distinctive design takes inspiration from the classic British beach hut, giving the pod a more welcoming and characterful appearance than the usual office box. Humanity has apparently decided that concentration now requires its own tiny building.
Inside, the Beach Hut includes a black worktable, UK power socket, USB-A and USB-C charging ports. Built-in ventilation provides airflow of up to 30m³ per hour, while a motion sensor helps manage the pod’s internal features efficiently.
Acoustic insulation of up to 25dB helps reduce surrounding office noise. Its STI A+ voice intelligibility rating also supports clearer conversations during video calls and private discussions.
Transport castors make the pod easier to reposition, offering a flexible solution for open-plan offices, coworking spaces and breakout areas.
